Condensing human stories into clear and digestible content.
I produced, shot and edited a documentary-style video series for Mind Over Mountains, sharing the personal testimonies of three young participants. Weaving together interviews and nature footage, the films explore themes of nature connection, mental health, confidence, connection, and resilience. Each participant discussed apprehensions they had, what they gained from the experience, and how the support has impacted their lives. The series aims to inspire and encourage other young people to engage with Mind Over Mountains, highlighting the positive impact of community, conversation, and access to the outdoors on mental wellbeing, and helping to remove barriers to young people accessing the programme.
I managed the project end-to-end, including pre-production, filming, interviewing, and post-production. I delivered three flagship films and repurposed interview footage into six additional social media assets, maximising the value and reach of the campaign.
